I placed my event registration order but did not receive the Zoom link.
After you register, you will receive TWO (2) separate emails from “Cracked Up”: 
1. Your order confirmation (from Cracked Up)
2. Your Zoom link to the event (from The Evolving Conversation)
* Please search your inbox for “Cracked Up,” or “Evolving Conversation” and check your junk or spam mail or Gmail Promotions tab.


When will I get the recording of the live event I purchased? 
All registrants will receive an email from “Cracked Up” with a link to the recording as soon as it becomes available, usually within 1 - 2 weeks. 


I would like to contribute more to your work than what was listed in the registration payment options, how can I do that? 
Please visit our Donate page. This page is also listed in the navigation menu at the top of our website. THANK YOU!


Can I share my Zoom event registration link with other people? 
Your link is meant just for you and your device(s) only.  If you want to share the event, please send others to the registration page, or after the event, to our store for previous episodes.


Can I watch the live event or recording of the event with others from my device?
 
Your Zoom link is meant for you and your household. To share for educational learning purposes, such as showing your classroom or group of clinicians, please purchase the episode at a higher contribution level. 


My credit card is not working, I am getting an error message. 
Please know we test our cart thoroughly to make sure the purchasing process is working. First make sure all the required fields are filled in, and contact your bank before contacting us about purchases not going through. 


Will the question I submitted for the Q&A be answered during the live event?
We try to answer a few question during the live episode and also try to answer questions as they come in after the live show. You may send questions and feedback to crackedupmovie@gmail.com.


Do you offer refunds? 
Purchases are none refundable, all sales are final.

2. FAQs ABOUT PAST EPISODE PURCHASES


I purchased the recording of a past episode. Where is my digital download?
Please note that what we deliver upon purchase is not a video file, but a PDF containing a link and password to watch the recording on our website (forever, anytime you’d like!).

1. After purchase, you will receive an email from “Cracked Up” with a primary link to download your PDF. You may open that email as many times as you like, but as soon as you click “Download” the first time, locate your PDF immediately on your device because the link to download it again expires in 24 hours.

2. Once you click “Download,” your PDF will be saved to your device. Search your device for “PrivateLink.pdf” if you can’t locate it.

3. The PDF is yours permanently. When you want to watch or rewatch the episode, refer back to the link in the PDF instead of the primary email. Once you are on the viewing page, you may bookmark it in your browser for easy future access ( but keep the password handy!).
